SkyFire Arts are practices which develop our ability to use the mind-body connection, enhancing our life experience and improving performance. To address both ends of the spectrum, these classes exercise the capacity to both think and move freely. The physical aspect includes practices from various disciplines such as Yoga, Qi Gong, Kung Fu & Flow Arts (Staff & Double Staff), while the mental aspect includes the study of Meditation, Psychology, Lifestyle & the relationship between Science & Spirit.
Through the course, students will gain the perspective to feel more at peace with their current position in life, and develop the skills to experience more confidence in the pursuit of their dreams. Honouring the prismatic spectrum of genders not always represented - namely our Queer, Gender Fluid, and Rainbow community, this workshop explores core foundations of Honouring Consensual Sexual Expression including intentional sensual energy exchange, establishing and communicating boundaries, and exploring our primal and etheric self through body language, verbal communication, and sacred embodiment.
In this open dialogue Our Workshop will offer theoretical and embodied approaches through:
• Exploring non-verbal/verbal consent and discussion on consent/#metoo/& desire in the larger group and in smaller diads
• Tantric non-verbal communication to receive/send sacred sexual energy
• The intention of honouring another’s beauty through consensual practices such as third eye communication, energetic field communication, and physical intimacy
• Finally, collective dialogue and accountability in how we can be healthy role-models of sexual empowerment & exploration for our children
